What was Involved
We renovated our beautiful family home - which is available for private tours - in 2023 over 12 months which now boasts the detail that sets it apart from other homes.

Our Dedicated Theatre Room: more than just a space to watch a movie, our living room is now a theatre, drawing us away from the outside world and straight into the action.
It’s the perfect ambiance that leaves us lost in the cine-magic that we have enjoyed with countless friends and family, enjoying memorable sporting events and series.
One Remote Simplified Control: A tap of the “Movie” button drops the screen, activates the projector, queues the sound, and dims the lights. No need for multiple remotes, one can take care of it all. The true magic of a home theatre is when everything comes together. With Control4, you make your theater investment worthwhile by removing the complexity of managing it all.
Layer in Lighting: lighting is an integral part of the movie experience and it’s completely integrated. Pressing “Play” brings down your overhead lights while the sconces layer in the most optimal viewing levels. Pressing “Pause” brings the lights back up to lead the way for a refill or a trip to the restroom.
Sometimes it's the little things that make all the difference: Control4’s Smart Lighting allows you to turn on/off the entire house when leaving or arriving, start a playlist instantly in every room, receive feedback if unlocked doors require your attention, and enjoy lights that manage themselves so you never come home to a dark house again.
It's changed the way I think and feel about my home. It is so simple, elegant and seamlessly beautiful with lighting, tech and life all working together.
